Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position operates in a unique and highly collaborative environment, working directly with The Governale Group while also partnering with department heads across the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who demonstrates initiative and confidence, while maintaining a personable and professional demeanor to effectively build relationships at all levels of the organization.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Digital Content Creation & Management

· Write, edit, and publish content for websites, apps, videos, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, podcasts, e-books, and more.

· Create high quality content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, and supports sales initiatives across a wide range of digital platforms.

· Produce content that drives measurable results and brand engagement.

· Use editing, content management systems (CMS), and basic HTML skills to upload, update, and optimize digital content.

· Serve as a brand ambassador and represent the brand in a member-facing capacity.

Brand & Member Experience:

· Provide exceptional service to members and guests, embodying the values and culture of Bluejack brand at all times.

· Stay informed about all club programs, activities, and services to accurately promote them through digital channels.

· Resolve member challenges with professionalism and efficiency, acting as a positive ambassador for the club.

· Support the Club Customs, Culture, and Guidelines in all communications and interactions.

· Perform additional duties as assigned to support marketing and club operations.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. · Strong and tasteful interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with employees, supervisors, leaders, members, and guests.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment that positively impacts the member/guest experience.

· Proficiency in writing routine communication pieces and professional correspondence.

· Innate ability to always represent the brand with a professional demeanor and appearance.

· Strong time management, project management, and organizational skills.

· Experience in graphic design and photography is a bonus.

· Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Canva is preferred.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising or Fine Arts; 1–3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

SOFTWARE:

Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign and Photoshop, is preferred and/or has a strong interest to learn. PowerPoint and Northstar are also software this person will use frequently, if not daily.

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The schedule may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays and is flexible to meet the needs of the business.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION:

Soliciting gratuities from members or guests is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Gratuities include items such as cash, favors, gifts, tickets to events and other forms of non-financial compensation. Bluejack provides designated bonus opportunities throughout the year to recognize and reward employee contributions.

Management reserves the right to uphold grooming and uniform standards that align with the club’s expectations.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions. Our property sits on approximately 915 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
