About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, entrepreneurial Digital Media Manager to lead and execute our paid digital strategy. The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for strategy development, delivery, and execution of digital marketing campaigns that launch new products, drive traffic to brand + retailer websites & stores, and acquire new customers for our family of brands. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on; someone who can confidently launch + manage campaigns, analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and communicate results clearly to leadership. This person should thrive working independently, stay current on evolving digital trends, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

What you can bring to the team is a strong data instinct paired with a bias toward action; you read the numbers, form a point-of-view, and execute. You should be highly organized, fluent in reading data across multiple touchpoints, comfortable prioritizing across overlapping projects, and confident presenting recommendations to leadership.

What you'll do

· Own and execute the paid digital strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Paid Search, retail media, and more - building the plan, launching it, and managing it day to day.

· Monitor and optimize campaigns daily and weekly against core KPIs (ROAS, conversions, traffic, engagement, sales); analyzing performance and translating data into actionable recommendations.

· Own and continually refine targeting, audience segmentation, and creative strategy, running regular audits across platform data and brand-side research (Numerator, Qualtrics, etc.) to surface and act on optimization opportunities.

· Lead testing initiatives including audience segmentation, creative testing, messaging tests, and campaign optimization efforts.

· Manage media budgets and pacing, making strategic reallocation calls to maximize return on spend.

· Prepare and distribute monthly reporting summarizing campaign performance, trends, and recommendations.

· Partner with Brand, Creative, Sales, and Data teams internally, and agency partners externally, to ensure strategies, targets, and deliverables are met for every campaign, including always-on support.

· Identify new growth opportunities, audience strategies, platform enhancements, and emerging digital tactics; the ability to bring fresh ideas without waiting to be asked.

· Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives, promotional calendars, and business priorities.

· Maintain organized campaign documentation and performance tracking.

· Identify new growth opportunities, audience strategies, platform enhancements, and emerging digital tactics; the ability to bring fresh ideas without waiting to be asked.

· Stay current on industry trends, AI-driven marketing tools, platform updates, and privacy changes.

Qualifications

· Accredited bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field required

· At least 5 years of paid digital marketing experience, with hands-on experience across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and more.

o Agency experience is a plus

o Experience with Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, or similar programmatic platforms strongly preferred

· Proven experience managing cross-channel marketing planning and execution.

· Strong analytical mindset - comfortable blending platform performance data with brand-side research (Numerator, Qualtrics, or similar) to shape digital strategy.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills, including presenting campaign results and recommendations to executive leadership.

· Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to analyze complex, evolving situations independently, or as a team member, to arrive at productive, sustainable solutions and predictions.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
