Overview

Do you enjoy creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments for others? We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will help ensure our guests have an exceptional stay by maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding service. Your efforts will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall success of our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Make beds, replace linens, and ensure rooms are neat, organized, and guest-ready.
• Restock guest amenities, towels, and room supplies as needed.
• Dust, sanitize, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors, bathrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.
• Follow all housekeeping, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests when needed.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply areas in an organized manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout the shift.
