Job Title: P/C Senior Actuary

Location: Bloomington, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 + 6% Annual Bonus

Overview

We are seeking a P/C Senior Actuary to support pricing, reserving, and actuarial analysis for Property & Casualty insurance products. This role will analyze data, develop rate recommendations, support regulatory filings, and contribute to actuarial projects and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform actuarial analysis related to pricing, reserving, and rate development.

• Research and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions.

• Support rate filings and actuarial reporting.

• Develop rate adjustment proposals and actuarial models.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and business initiatives.

• Maintain actuarial credentials and continuing education requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Property & Casualty actuarial experience.

• ACAS designation or near completion of ACAS requirements.

• Working toward FCAS credential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with pricing, reserving, or actuarial modeling.
