Job Description
Hiring Range: $28.10 to $32.27 DOE and licensure (Full salary range up to $32.27 for long-tenured staff currently in position or other exceptional circumstances.)
Summary/objective:
Maintenance technicians perform a variety of repairs and upgrades that keep the interior and exterior of apartment communities in first-rate condition. Daily responsibilities include electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, general maintenance, and grounds work. May be called in for emergency situations, this is required.

Required/Preferred education and/or experience:
Apartment complex maintenance experience required.
HVAC or EPA technician certification preferred.
Asbestos certification preferred.
Additional eligibility requirements (Certifications, Licenses, etc.):
Work Environment: The working environment is typically that of a multi-level apartment building. Work may be indoors and outdoors, multiple times during a shift. The work will more often be at the Alameda Campus but will include work at other Warren Village locations within metro-Denver and include an on-call rotation.
