Facilities Maintenance Technician III at City of Commerce City – Commerce City, Colorado

In this role, you'll perform routine and complex maintenance on City buildings and systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and electronic control systems. High School diploma or GED required. Must have at least five years’ experience in the construction trades or related field, including at least two years experience with HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, generators, and boilers.

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.

Must possess a CFC certificate or the ability to obtain it within three months of hire and maintain it throughout employment. A valid CO driver's license required or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
