VAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the VMOD 2.0 program, a voice modernization effort. The Project Manager will support the Program Manager in overseeing multiple parallel efforts, including IP phone deployments, analog gateway deployments and user migrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate meetings with the client, vendors, and key stakeholders; tracking risks, issues, and action items through resolution; managing and reporting project status; and delivering weekly progress briefings to regional (NEC) stakeholders on IP phone deployment status.
• The Project Manager will help coordinate schedules and dependencies across concurrent workstreams to keep the program on track.

• 5-10 years of project management experience, including management of IP telephony deployments.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong communication, scheduling, and risk management skills.

• Active Secret clearance desired.

• PMP certification desired.
