Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am to 2:30pm

Saturday - Sunday OFF

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Porter to support the maintenance and improvement of our residential property. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of our community, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the setup and breakdown of project sites within the residential property

- Support maintenance and repair activities as directed by supervisors

- Ensure common areas and project sites are clean, organized, and safe

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to facilitate project progress

- Monitor and report on project status, issues, and safety concerns

- Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and materials as needed

- Support property staff in various operational tasks related to ongoing projects

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or related fields preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

- Good communication skills and a professional attitude

- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving objects

- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols

- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and schedules
