This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and taking ownership of facility maintenance. You'll handle day-to-day building upkeep, basic plumbing repairs, coordinate outside vendors when needed, and help ensure our warehouse remains clean, safe, and operational.
This is a seasonal, temp-to-perm opportunity reporting to the Facilities Supervisor.

Pay: $24-$25/hour based on experience

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine building maintenance and repairs throughout the warehouse
  • Troubleshoot and complete basic plumbing repairs, including sinks, toilets, drains, and minor leaks
  • Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems
  • Complete work orders and maintain maintenance records
  • Support general building upkeep, including minor carpentry, painting, patching, and repairs
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Partner with warehouse leadership to prioritize maintenance needs
  • Help ensure a safe and compliant work environment
  • Respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, building operations, or related experience
  • Basic plumbing experience and the ability to troubleshoot common issues
  • Experience working with vendors or contractors is a plus
  • Comfortable using basic technology such as email and mobile apps
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance work

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to move into a permanent role
  • Variety of hands-on work with no two days exactly the same
  • Collaborative team environment
  • Make a direct impact on keeping our operation running smoothly
