Location: Gate Parkway – Jacksonville, FL

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Precision Imaging Centers is expanding across Northeast Florida, and we are excited to welcome a Full-Time Front Desk Guest Ambassador / Tech Assistant to our Gate Parkway location.

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual who enjoys creating exceptional experiences for patients and visitors while also supporting clinical operations. Restaurant, hospitality, medical office, or patient-facing healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

Position Overview

As a Guest Ambassador / Tech Assistant, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door while also assisting with clinical support duties.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has hands-on clinical experience including obtaining vital signs and starting IVs. Experience in these areas is required.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet patients and guests warmly while providing exceptional customer service (30%)
• Answer patient questions and provide information regarding procedures and wait times (20%)
• Manage patient registration and direct guests appropriately (10%)
• Obtain and document patient vital signs accurately (10%)
• Start IVs and assist clinical staff with patient preparation and workflow (15%)
• Promote and educate patients about available services (5%)
• Maintain refreshments, encourage patient reviews, and support overall patient experience initiatives (5%)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming waiting area and work environment (5%)

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in marketing-related initiatives and outreach when applicable
• Assist with compiling reports and supporting front desk operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, front desk, or patient-facing roles
Experience obtaining vital signs and starting IVs is required
• Experience working in a medical office, imaging center, urgent care, ER, or similar healthcare environment preferred

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain information to patients
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain professional and compassionate in a fast-paced setting

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift items up to 25 lbs
• Ability to assist patients safely when needed throughout the workday
