Job Description
Streamline Work Comp — Full Time Case Coordinator (Remote)
Pay: $17.00/hour (Level 1)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 100% Remote | Equipment Provided
U.S. Residents Only (excluding NY, WA, DC, OR)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Case Coordinator to support patient care coordination in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This is a phone-intensive role where you will spend the majority of your day making outbound calls to patients and providers, managing cases, and ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
This role is an entry point into the organization, with strong opportunities for advancement based on performance.
This role is best suited for individuals who:
• thrive in high-volume environments
• are comfortable being on the phone most of the day
• can manage multiple cases with accuracy and efficiency
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls throughout the day to patients and providers
• Coordinate care by scheduling appointments and following up on cases
• Document all interactions accurately in real time
• Track multiple cases and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in call centers, healthcare coordination, scheduling, or high-volume environments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfort with back-to-back calls for most of the workday
This Role May Not Be a Fit If:
• You prefer mostly inbound calls
• You are not comfortable being on the phone throughout your shift
• You prefer slower-paced or less structured work environments
• You are unable to work from a private, distraction-free workspace
Work Environment Requirements
• Private, quiet workspace
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work without interruptions (no caregiving during shift hours)
