Key Responsibilities:
Lead a Team of Three: Directly oversee and guide three employees (including a Make-Ready Technician and a Porter)
HVAC Expertise: Maintain and repair A/C systems, requiring current EPA certification
Operational Efficiency: Ensure all work orders and unit make-readies are completed accurately and within strict timeframes 7 days.
Tech Savvy: Manage all work orders, documentation, and operations entirely through an online application Yardi.
