Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technologically proficient HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team and operations at a 250-unit community in Clute, Texas. If you are an EPA-certified leader who excels in both hands-on repair and people management, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a Team of Three: Directly oversee and guide three employees (including a Make-Ready Technician and a Porter)
HVAC Expertise: Maintain and repair A/C systems, requiring current EPA certification
Operational Efficiency: Ensure all work orders and unit make-readies are completed accurately and within strict timeframes 7 days.
Tech Savvy: Manage all work orders, documentation, and operations entirely through an online application Yardi.
Exceptional Compensation & Benefits:
On-Site Housing: A residential unit is offered as part of your compensation. (We can offer an hourly rate adjustment if you choose not to live on-site)
