ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting high-impact retail partnerships by ensuring seamless execution across sales and merchandising initiatives. This position sits at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, helping bring products to market effectively through strong organization, attention to detail, and coordination across teams.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate product and account information, supporting new item launches, and ensuring retailer-facing materials are current and compelling.
The Sales Coordinator will primarily support The Hair Edit’s growth across key national retail accounts, with a primary focus on Target, Ulta Beauty, Kroger and Walmart.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Maintain and organize customer and account data, ensuring accuracy across all retailer-facing materials
- Build and update sales presentations by compiling product information, imagery, and relevant performance data
- Support new item setup processes to ensure accurate, timely execution across retail systems
- Coordinate product sample requests and shipments to support sales initiatives and customer needs
- Update and manage planograms (POGs) in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams
- Ensure retailer sites and materials reflect current product information, imagery, and suggested retail pricing (SRP)
- Track and manage timelines for product launches, updates, and ongoing account deliverables
- Assist in developing off-shelf and promotional assortments to support seasonal programs and drive incremental sales
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, retail operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and timelines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience creating or supporting presentations, product materials, or account documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, team-oriented approach
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders
Preferred Experience - Experience supporting retail accounts, merchandising initiatives, or product launches
- Familiarity with planograms (POGs), product setup processes, or retail systems
- Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or similar systems
WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
- This position is open to remote candidates based in the United States.
- Standard business hours: 9am – 6pm (Flexible based on Time Zone)
- Occasional business travel: 10-15%
