WHAT YOU WILL DO
The role recovers both basic and advanced tissues for transplant and research in accordance with LifeNet Health and client SOPs, performing thorough physical examinations, reviewing medical records, and completing accurate donor chart documentation and quality checks. It also supports training by onboarding and precepting new recovery staff to ensure compliance with procedures and industry standards. The position handles administrative duties such as ordering and stocking supplies, identifying improvement and cost-saving opportunities, verifying donor authorization documents, organizing recovery teams and supplies, and coordinating or performing the transport of recovered tissues, blood samples, and cultures to LifeNet Health or client facilities.

Pay Transparency Statement
The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
