This role leads and develops a high-performing, multi-site production team in a 24/7 manufacturing environment by providing coaching, direction, and talent management to ensure operational excellence and a skilled, compliant workforce. It delivers strategic operational leadership by aligning production activities with corporate goals, managing budgets and performance metrics, and using Lean and continuous improvement methods to enhance efficiency. The role oversees technology transfer for new product introductions, ensuring personnel, equipment, and facilities are fully prepared for launch while partnering cross-functionally to support compliant scale-up. Additionally, it contributes to product development by ensuring validation and compliance requirements are met and by identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance product quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.

• 10 years operations/production/manufacturing experience in Life Sciences, Tissue Banking, Medical Device, Manufacturing, Logistics or related industry
• 7 years management experience leading others

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
