Integrated Marketing Manager - Gateway & Verticals

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Integrated Marketing Manager - Gateway & Verticals based in United States.

Own the integrated go-to-market strategy for a core payment gateway, with a direct focus on pipeline generation, partner acquisition, and growth across priority vertical markets.
Develop campaigns that connect demand generation, content, digital, channel, sales, and product marketing into cohesive commercial programs.
Build verticalized marketing strategies for markets such as parking, transit, EV charging, and healthcare, tailoring messaging to distinct customer needs and buying journeys.
Serve ISOs as the primary audience while also engaging vertical-specific ISVs, software providers, and other strategic ecosystem partners.
Combine strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution, using market and performance insights to identify opportunities and optimize investment.
Partner closely with Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and other teams to turn marketing strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the integrated marketing strategy and annual plan for the payment gateway, aligning marketing priorities with pipeline, revenue, partner acquisition, and adoption goals.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns designed to acquire new ISO partners, increase gateway adoption, and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Build and implement verticalized marketing strategies for priority markets including parking, transit, EV charging, healthcare, and other high-potential segments.
  • Use market, customer, competitive, and audience insights to tailor positioning, messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market programs to specific industry needs and use cases.
  • Develop a strong understanding of ISO and ISV audiences, including their buying journeys, business challenges, decision drivers, and commercial priorities.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to create compelling messaging, thought leadership, customer stories, campaign assets, and sales-enablement materials.
  • Work closely with Demand Generation to define target audiences, campaign journeys, lead-management processes, follow-up strategies, and conversion paths.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Product, and broader Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial priorities and effectively activated.
  • Manage campaigns end to end, from planning and execution through reporting, optimization, budget management, and brand alignment.
  • Establish and monitor campaign KPIs, using performance insights to continuously improve targeting, messaging, channel mix, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and manage external agency partners to ensure high-quality execution, accountability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, creative problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, enterprise technology, or another complex technology environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience developing verticalized marketing approaches, including market-specific positioning, messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B partner- or channel-led business models, with experience marketing to ISOs, ISVs, PayFacs, or other payments audiences highly desirable.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Demand Generation teams on lead management, account targeting, sales enablement, pipeline acceleration, and conversion.
  • Experience managing agency partners and coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong digital marketing and campaign-management capabilities, including marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot; account and contact intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo; and channels including SEM, SEO, PPC, display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and measurement tools such as GA4, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management, communication, stakeholder-alignment, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Creative, curious, proactive, and commercially minded, with a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across Marketing, Sales, Channel, Product, and other functions while also taking ownership of strategic initiatives independently.
  • Open to diverse career paths and able to bring an adaptable, learning-oriented approach to evolving marketing challenges.
