Public Health Program Director -Nashville TN-Hybrid in Nashville, Tennessee at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are seeking an experienced public health professional to lead statewide adolescent health initiatives across Tennessee.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing public health or community health programs, developing strategic plans, building partnerships, and evaluating program outcomes.

• Lead statewide adolescent and youth health programs and initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and program activities.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and youth-serving agencies.
• Manage program implementation, evaluation, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Provide training and technical assistance to partners.
• Support grant applications, grant management, and state/federal reporting.
• Coordinate youth engagement and leadership activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in public health, adolescent health, youth programs, program management, or strategic planning.
• Experience with program development, implementation, evaluation, and partnership building.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

• Experience with adolescent or youth health programs.
• Maternal and Child Health (MCH) experience.
• Grant management and reporting experience.
• Experience working with schools, healthcare providers, or community organizations.
• State government experience.

Location: Tennessee – Hybrid, with periodic meetings in Nashville.

Important: Candidates must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and be able to travel within the state as needed.
