Green Bay Country Club is seeking friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Member Experience Associate (Golf, Fitness & Hospitality). This unique position combines customer service, recreation, hospitality, café operations, and retail sales in one of Green Bay's premier private club environments.

Whether you're assisting members with golf simulator reservations, supporting our fitness and wellness amenities, serving guests in the Quarry Café, or helping members in our Lifestyle Shop, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences every day.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and guests with exceptional hospitality

• Assist with golf simulator reservations and operations

• Support fitness and wellness areas, including sauna reservations and member amenities

• Assist with daily operations of the Quarry Café

• Prepare and serve beverages according to club standards

• Operate the Lifestyle Shop and process retail purchases

• Answer member questions and provide outstanding customer service

• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming spaces throughout the Sports Center

• Stock supplies, towels, merchandise, and café inventory

• Work collaboratively with teammates across multiple departments

• Help create a positive, engaging experience for all members and guests

Qualifications

• Customer service, hospitality, food service, golf, fitness, retail, or recreation experience preferred but not required

• Friendly and professional attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable and detail-oriented

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

• Frequent bending, reaching, and light cleaning duties

• Ability to work throughout multiple areas of the Sports Center and club facilities
