  • Ability to analyze engineering documentation and translate technical findings into strategic business recommendations.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives independently.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation abilities, with confidence engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and building processes from the ground up.
  • Experience with hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale technology infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of utility infrastructure, power markets, transmission systems, or energy development is a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Fully remote working environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale AI infrastructure projects with global impact.
  • Significant ownership and influence in building technical processes, standards, and operational frameworks.
