As a Senior IT Administrator, you will own critical IT operations while supporting security initiatives, endpoint management, and employee technology experiences. You will serve as a technical resource across Enterprise IT and Security, driving operational excellence, improving processes, and ensuring reliable access to business systems.
- Own the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the data loss prevention (DLP) program, including monitoring, alert investigation, policy management, documentation, and process refinement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for DLP tools and processes, supporting incident triage and security response activities.
- Manage security controls related to browser usage, AI tools, and company data protection.
- Administer endpoint management systems, including Jamf, to maintain device health, patching, and workstation security.
- Coordinate remediation efforts for workstation vulnerabilities identified through security monitoring tools.
- Support software lifecycle management, including SSO configuration, user provisioning, and application access management.
- Provide backup support for identity and access management operations, including Okta administration.
- Assist with employee technology services, including onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and technical support.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, communicate solutions clearly, and ensure problems are resolved effectively.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve IT workflows, enhance productivity, and support secure technology adoption.
- Build strong partnerships with Enterprise IT, Security, People Operations, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.
The ideal candidate is an experienced IT administrator with strong technical knowledge across endpoint management, identity systems, security operations, and user support. You should be comfortable owning operational programs, solving unfamiliar challenges, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration, including endpoint operations, identity and access management, software provisioning, patching, and user support.
- Strong experience administering Jamf and managing enterprise endpoints.
- Experience supporting security programs such as data loss prevention, vulnerability remediation, or related IT security initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex problems and identify effective solutions.
- Experience managing operational programs involving monitoring, documentation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize incidents, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts, risks, and decisions to executive and non-technical audiences.
