Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Associate Consultant, Data Management & Enablement Analyst to support enterprise‑wide commercial, omnichannel, and brand analytics initiatives. This role focuses on MDM, data governance, data quality, and enabling teams with clean, reliable, and well‑structured datasets. The ideal candidate brings strong foundational technical skills, experience working with healthcare commercial data, and the ability to streamline reporting workflows.
Core Responsibilities
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across key data domains.
  • Implement and maintain data governance standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Perform data quality checks, validation, and issue resolution across multiple datasets.
  • Write baseline SQL queries for data extraction, profiling, and troubleshooting (expert‑level coding not required).
  • Build, refine, and streamline Power BI reports to support business stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive data enablement, ensuring data is accessible, usable, and well‑structured for analytics.
  • Support commercial and omnichannel analytics across all brands.
Data Experience (Required)
  • Media engagement data
  • Territory sales data
  • Claims data (including integration of IQVIA datasets; will become a primary dataset)
  • Commercial data
  • Experience working with omnichannel data (e.g., WebMD, digital engagement platforms)
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with IQVIA datasets and healthcare commercial data structures.
  • Exposure to brand analytics or marketing analytics.
  • Experience with machine learning concepts (not required).
  • Ability to support broader data analytics initiatives across multiple brands.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in data quality, data governance, or MDM.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
