As our Commercial Lease Administrator, you'll help ensure commercial lease obligations are accurately administered throughout the lease lifecycle by:
- Administering lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documentation for an assigned portfolio
- Preparing lease abstracts and maintaining accurate lease records within Yardi
- Preparing and administering monthly commercial billing and commercial rent rolls
- Supporting CAM, operating expense, insurance, and real estate tax reconciliations
- Supporting lease audits, estoppels, annual budgeting, utility billing, and other lease administration activities.
- Supporting commercial property acquisitions through lease review, data validation, and portfolio setup
- Monitoring tenant Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance
- Preparing rent increase notices, possession letters, commencement agreements, and other lease-related correspondence
- Partnering with Accounting, Property Management, tenants, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate lease administration
- Providing responsive customer service while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality

Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, property management, accounting, and/or accounts payable/receivable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently while exercising sound judgment
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Yardi or comparable property management software.
- Experience with commercial lease administration or interpreting commercial lease provisions.
