Position Description:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and activities of a Cardiology office. Plans, develops, organizes, monitors and manages front office and clinical activities to improve patient care and access. Insures efficient utilization of resources. Provides leadership, supervision and motivation to all members of the staff. The Clinical Manager works collaboratively with all other staff to assist the patient and facilitate a successful interaction within the practice team. This position reflects the mission, vision and values of the practice both internally and throughout the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with monitoring of OSHA Requirements for all CMP Practices
  • Assists with monitoring of Point of Care Testing for all CMP Practices
  • Works with Practice Managers/Clinical Managers to develop and maintain onboarding, training and skills checks for all clinical staff.
  • Works with Practice Managers/Clinical Managers/Providers to address/create plans for new clinical services (establish procedures, ensure training, skills checks)
  • Active member of the CMP Policy and Procedure Committee

Education/Certification/Licensure:

• Required: Registered Nurse with Current NY Licensure.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with 5 or more years of leadership experience
  • Excellent Organizational/Communication Skills

Pay Range: $63,440.00—$83,200.00
