Available ShiftsDay Shift
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday – Thursday
- Thursday – Monday
Overnight Shift
- 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Friday – Tuesday
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide hands-on support that helps individuals achieve greater independence while maintaining their dignity and respect. Responsibilities include:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal goals
- Teach and reinforce life skills, social skills, and healthy routines
- Provide encouragement in individual and group settings
- Transport clients safely to appointments, community activities, and other approved locations
- Support treatment plans and help individuals work toward personal goals
- Help clients navigate everyday challenges through positive problem-solving
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies
- Collaborate with supervisors, team members, families, and community partners to provide exceptional care

Experience working with individuals experiencing mental illness, behavioral health challenges, or developmental disabilities is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements: Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to safely transport clients as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use computers and electronic documentation systems
- Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements and complete required training
- Physical and emotional ability to safely support individuals who may occasionally display challenging behaviors
