This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technology Product Manager, Salesforce based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic evolution of a large-scale Salesforce environment that supports customer success and support operations. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and governance of the platform while ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions that align with long-term business objectives. Working closely with business, engineering, and architecture teams, you will translate complex requirements into sustainable technical solutions and champion Salesforce best practices. The role combines product ownership, solution architecture, and stakeholder leadership to drive continuous platform innovation. You'll play a key role in optimizing business processes, improving user experience, and delivering measurable business value within a collaborative, technology-driven environment. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in the United States.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and continuous platform evolution to support business goals.
  • Define solution architecture, platform standards, governance processes, and design principles that ensure scalable, maintainable, and future-ready implementations.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs by partnering with business analysts, architects, and engineering teams.
  • Prioritize platform initiatives across customer support, customer success, case management, reporting, automation, and related CRM capabilities.
  • Promote Salesforce best practices by maximizing standard platform functionality while minimizing unnecessary customization and technical debt.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, facilitate design reviews, and align stakeholders around consistent platform decisions and governance.
  • Oversee release management processes, ensuring quality, compliance, stakeholder approvals, and successful deployments.
  • Continuously monitor platform performance, user adoption, and business outcomes while identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience working with CRM technologies, preferably Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk, or similar solutions.
  • Experience supporting customer success or customer support organizations with a strong understanding of CRM best practices.
  • Proven product ownership experience with the ability to define vision, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver business-focused technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, governance, and scalable solution design principles.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience balancing platform scalability, maintainability, speed of delivery, and long-term architectural integrity.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • High level of ownership, strategic thinking, and commitment to continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual base salary based on geographic location:
    • $149,500–$224,300 USD (San Francisco Bay Area)
    • $130,000–$195,000 USD (Select U.S. metro areas and states)
    • $117,000–$175,500 USD (Other U.S. locations)
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus as part of the total compensation package.
  • Comprehensive healthcare and employee benefits program.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives using modern cloud technologies.
  • Collaborative culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development.
