As a Regional Sales Director - East, you will be responsible for expanding enterprise customer adoption, developing strategic relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue objectives. You will own regional sales strategy while partnering with internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes for customers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to identify, qualify, and close new enterprise customer opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, security leaders, and technical stakeholders across target industries.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proof-of-value execution, negotiation, and closing.
- Understand customer challenges and articulate business value by connecting solutions to priorities such as risk reduction, operational efficiency, and data protection.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and business cases tailored to customer needs.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to generate pipeline, accelerate growth, and improve customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and account activity tracking.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor industry developments, competitive trends, and customer requirements to strengthen market positioning.
- Develop strategic partnerships and expand relationships within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and in-person engagements when required.
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales leader with a strong background in cybersecurity and a proven ability to drive new business growth. You should be skilled at navigating complex sales cycles, engaging executive stakeholders, and translating technical solutions into business value.
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 3 years focused on acquiring new enterprise customers.
- Strong cybersecurity industry experience, preferably within areas such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), or Insider Risk Management.
- Established relationships with security leaders, enterprise buyers, and channel partners.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and delivering revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, value creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business executives.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted long-term relationships.
- Passion for cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and solving complex business challenges.
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry engagements.
- Competitive on-target earnings (base salary plus commission) ranging from $320,000–$340,000 USD.
- Compensation determined based on experience, skills, interview performance, and market conditions.
