Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Analyst plays a key role in helping us find and connect with exceptional talent. Partnering closely with the Business Professional Talent Acquisition team, you'll build creative sourcing strategies, engage top candidates, and develop strong talent pipelines that support both current hiring needs and future growth. Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and engage high-quality talent using a variety of sourcing channels, including extensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions, creating meaningful connections with prospective candidates over time.
Conduct thoughtful screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit for our organization.
Serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert on LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing and applicant tracking technologies, sharing best practices with the recruiting team.
Monitor sourcing activity, project progress, and recruiting metrics using Smartsheet and other tools.
Analyze and share sourcing data and recruiting insights through regular reports using LinkedIn Talent Insights and Excel.
Stay informed on sourcing trends, market insights, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve how we identify and attract talent.
Education and/or Experience:
Required:
Bachelors degree
A minimum of two years of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition sourcer, or other recruiting-focused role
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
Preferred:
Workday experience
PHR or SHRM-CP certification

The target salary range for this role is:
$80,000 - $88,000 if located in IllinoisSalaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
