AUTOMOTIVE GENERAL MANAGER
As an Automotive General Manager you assume responsibility and are accountable for client/vendor retention and the profitability of each CBU in the district on behalf of the company. Fulfills responsibility using sound business management practices. Plans, motivates and coordinates the activities of the management team.

Core Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Directly oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments (sales, service, parts) work together effectively.
- Financial Performance: Achieve revenue goals by setting, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory turnover, gross profit, and operating expenses.
- Leadership & Staffing: Hire, train, motivate, and mentor department managers and sales staff.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by resolving complaints and managing company reputation.
- Sales & Market growth: Identify, develop and execute local sales strategies to grow revenue, acquire new fleet customers, and expand relationships with existing accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
