• Lead diagnostic, strategic analysis, and recommendation development for clients in the energy and utilities sector.
• Support and execute projects related to M&A, post-merger integration, regulatory analysis, and business model transformation.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives using data, AI, RPA, and agile methodologies.
• Develop executive-level deliverables, presentations, and workshops for senior stakeholders and clients.
• Work in multidisciplinary squads, collaborating on knowledge sharing and capability development within consulting teams.
• Support the creation of frameworks, benchmarks, and reusable assets to strengthen consulting practices.
• Engage directly with clients to translate complex analyses into actionable business insights.

• Experience in management consulting (mid to senior level), ideally in strategy, transformation, or performance improvement projects.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects across different industries.
• Strong analytical skills, including data synthesis, structured problem-solving, and development of strategic recommendations.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured insights and actionable solutions.
• Experience with operational excellence, process redesign, innovation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile frameworks is a differential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across executive and operational levels.
• English fluency is a plus for international project exposure.
