General Cleaner-3rd Shift in Burlington, New Jersey at FCS Facility Services

Position: General Cleaner | Full-Time 3rd Shift

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Location: Florence Facility, 2040 Route 130 N, Burlington, NJ 08016

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team at the Florence facility in Burlington, NJ. This full-time, third-shift position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and committed to providing high-quality cleaning services while following all company safety procedures.

• Clean and sanitize offices, break rooms, restrooms, production areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and fixtures.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, equipment, windowsills, and other surfaces.
• Replenish restroom supplies, soap dispensers, paper towels, and other consumables.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and high-traffic locations.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment according to company procedures.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required.

This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening prior to the start date. Employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements.
