Patient Care Coordinator – MedSleep, Ontario
MedSleep provides clinical consultation, sleep testing, and treatment for sleep disorders across Canada. We're growing our team and looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join a MedSleep clinic in Ontario.

What You'll Do

• Act as the main point of contact between patients, physicians, and clinical staff throughout the patient's care journey
• Review assigned tasks and patient information, then contact patients to discuss next steps
• Refer patients to the appropriate therapy vendor and schedule any necessary appointments
• Update patient charts and coordinate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
• Email patients with required information and next steps
• Help patients navigate the process – answering questions and connecting them to the right person when needed

• 1+ year of administrative experience (required)
• Knowledge of sleep medicine or CPAP therapy (an asset)
• Sales experience (an asset)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures
• Strong verbal communication and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
• Strong listening and direction-following skills
