This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Demand Generation based in the United States.

This is a senior, hands-on marketing leadership role responsible for building and scaling a global demand generation engine across enterprise and self-serve growth motions.
You will own the strategy and execution behind pipeline creation across paid media, ABM, lifecycle marketing, events, partnerships, and integrated campaigns.
The role combines strategic leadership with direct execution, requiring someone who can move quickly from high-level planning to hands-on campaign development and optimization.
You will partner closely with Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align marketing activity with measurable revenue outcomes.
A strong focus on experimentation, attribution, funnel performance, and ROI will help continuously improve how audiences are acquired, converted, and retained.
This opportunity offers significant ownership and influence within a fast-growing AI environment where scalable systems and measurable impact are highly valued.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives qualified pipeline across enterprise and product-led growth motions.
  • Build integrated campaigns across paid media, content, email, webinars, events, partnerships, and outbound support to generate and accelerate demand.
  • Create and scale account-based marketing programs focused on enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
  • Optimize lead generation, conversion rates, funnel progression, and pipeline velocity across the customer journey.
  • Launch, test, and iterate marketing programs rapidly using data, experimentation, and performance insights.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to turn product launches, customer stories, and market trends into compelling, high-performing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to create consistent messaging and connected customer journeys across self-serve and enterprise audiences.
  • Support field marketing initiatives, executive events, industry conferences, and other high-value demand generation activities.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators covering pipeline generation, attribution, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to strengthen lead routing, scoring, attribution, reporting, and campaign measurement.
  • Continuously test audiences, messaging, creative, and channels to identify opportunities for improved performance and scalable growth.
  • Identify and implement automation and operational improvements that increase marketing efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align demand generation programs with pipeline priorities, account strategies, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on expansion, retention, and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Establish repeatable demand generation processes, systems, and workflows that can support continued global growth.
Requirements
  • 6–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or AI environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise marketing motions, account-based marketing, and full-funnel demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, webinars, events, partnerships, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience measuring attribution, funnel performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI.
  • Experience partnering effectively with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
  • Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, with a willingness to build programs and processes from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing technology and CRM platforms; experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Clay, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate marketing strategy and performance insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong ownership, initiative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where experimentation and measurable outcomes are important.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, maintain strong cross-functional communication, and participate in occasional business travel.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $210,000–$260,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
  • Eligibility to participate in a stock option/equity program, providing an opportunity to share in long-term company growth.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
  • Additional benefits and employee perks designed to support professional and personal well-being.
  • Fully remote work arrangement within the United States.
  • Significant ownership and direct impact within a rapidly scaling AI-focused organization.
  • Opportunity to work alongside an experienced, international, and highly collaborative team.
  • Professional growth opportunities as the organization and demand generation function expand.
  • Occasional travel to the San Francisco office for team meetings, planning sessions, company events, and in-person collaboration.
