You will collaborate closely with alliance leaders, technical communities, sales, solutions architecture, product, customer success, and partner executives.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic builder who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape how partners adopt and champion modern data technologies.

Accountabilities
  • Serve as the primary enablement lead for the Databricks and Snowflake strategic partnerships, establishing foundational strategies, governance processes, stakeholder relationships, and operating rhythms.
  • Develop the long-term enablement vision for both partnerships and align learning initiatives with partnership growth and ecosystem adoption objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize audiences across data engineering, analytics, machine learning, AI, architecture, technical leadership, sales, customer success, and business functions.
  • Build trusted relationships with alliance leaders, partner executives, technical communities, enablement teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Create scalable, role-based learning pathways for data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, machine learning practitioners, architects, technical leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop foundational workshops, technical bootcamps, champion programs, and repeatable learning frameworks supporting lakehouse, data platform, analytics, and AI use cases.
  • Translate customer use cases and complex technical concepts into practical, accessible enablement content and learning experiences for technical and business audiences.
  • Establish repeatable partner engagement motions that can scale as the partnerships and surrounding ecosystems grow.
  • Build partner readiness programs and develop champion networks and internal advocates to increase adoption and engagement.
  • Coordinate with sales, solutions architecture, product, customer success, alliances, and other cross-functional teams to ensure enablement activities support broader business objectives.
  • Gather partner feedback, monitor participation and readiness indicators, and continuously refine learning strategies based on engagement, feedback, and business impact.
  • Establish long-term community engagement strategies that strengthen partner relationships and encourage sustained participation.
  • Track program effectiveness through metrics such as training attendance, workshop participation, certifications, badges, engagement, reach, and readiness improvements.
  • Provide internal leadership with visibility into partner priorities, enablement performance, ecosystem needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to stronger strategic partnerships, increased partner-led customer engagement, and partner-influenced business growth.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in partner success, strategic partnerships, partner enablement, customer success, learning and development, consulting, or a related enterprise technology field.
  • Demonstrated experience building new programs, functions, or strategic initiatives in environments where processes and playbooks were not yet established.
  • Direct experience with data platforms, lakehouse technologies, analytics ecosystems, or data-native partnerships such as Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to establish net-new partner programs and create structure, processes, and operating models from the ground up.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent early-stage strategic partnerships while maintaining momentum and stakeholder alignment across each relationship.
  • Experience designing and delivering enablement or learning programs for external partners, customer-facing teams, or enterprise technology audiences.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures, lakehouse platforms, analytics workflows, AI ecosystems, enterprise software, and cloud technologies.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and measure readiness, engagement, participation, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect enablement initiatives with partnership objectives and measurable business outcomes.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Ability to travel and meet the physical requirements associated with the role, including regular sitting, standing, walking, driving, and occasional lifting of items up to 10 lbs.
Benefits
