Established firm looking for motivated individuals with experience in housekeeping to join our team in a full time position at a local apartment community. Experience with cleaning, floor maintenance and turn over preparation preferred. Applicant will work directly with other staff in the daily operations of property.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Cleaning and upkeep of common areas and hall ways

Vacuuming and dusting and window cleaning

Preparation of vacant apartments

Rubbish removal

Office cleaning

Eligible candidates will possess/ be able to:

• Minimum 1 years relevant experience
• Valid NYS Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation
• Customer Service Skills -- interaction with other staff, tenants, and contractors

Work hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm We offer excellent benefits-Health insurance, 401K, 40 hours weekly year round, paid vacations, 12 paid holidays, bonuses, uniforms and more
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Annual raises and bonuses
