Hours: 20-25 Per Week
Pay Rate: $20 Per Hour

Position Overview
This role is ideal for a student or entry-level professional looking to build a foundation in HR operations and document retention protocols.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Intern to join our team on a Part-Time basis for 20-25 hours per week in our Sun Valley, CA, corporate headquarters for a focused short-term project. The primary objective of this role is to assist the HR department in a comprehensive data-centralization initiative. You will play a key role in auditing, gathering, and migrating sensitive employee information into a centralized shared filing system to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Auditing: Identify missing documentation in existing employee files and reach out to internal stakeholders to gather necessary data.
- Digital Filing: Organize and upload physical or disparate digital records such as job descriptions into a structured, centralized shared folder system
- File Standardization: Ensure all documents are named according to company naming conventions and filed in the appropriate sub-directories.
- Data Entry: Update HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or tracking spreadsheets to reflect the current status of personnel files.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and security while handling sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with cloud-based storage (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive, or Dropbox) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to organizing large volumes of information.
- Communication: Clear professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Ability to commit to 20–25 hours per week for the full 90-day duration of the assignment.
