Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring high-potential leaders in Central Illinois to join our Manager in Training (MIT) Program. This structured development role is designed to prepare you for long-term leadership opportunities within our sales and operations teams.
What You’ll Do
- Rotate through sales & warehouse operations
- Lead and coach frontline team members
- Analyze staffing and operational performance
- Solve real business challenges
- Develop leadership skills with direct mentorship
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience (team, athletics, military, operations)
- Competitive drive and strong accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent leadership experience)
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay starts at $50,000 per year
