• Manage customer account and project setup activities within ERP systems, ensuring accurate project structures, budgets, and financial configurations.
• Support billing and accounting processes related to customer projects while maintaining high levels of data integrity and compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data migration templates to efficiently transform customer contracts into ERP project structures.
• Collaborate with Financial Analysts to resolve ERP process issues, data discrepancies, and system-related challenges.
• Validate project finance reports and ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial reporting outputs.
• Participate in ERP enhancements, testing activities, and system validation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate data import processes and oversee corrections related to cost schedule assignments.
• Contribute to process improvements and leverage systems expertise to enhance project finance operations and reporting capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support for customer projects with a strong focus on financial analysis, reporting accuracy, and system optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, financial systems, project finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with ERP platforms, financial analysis tools, and reporting systems.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger processes, and bank reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel and PC skills with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
• Knowledge of project budgeting and accounting practices within service-based industries.
• Experience within the CRO, life sciences, or project finance environment is considered an advantage.
• Professional accounting certification such as CPA or an equivalent local qualification is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
