Inside Sales, Clover Capital | French Bilingual

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Inside Sales, Clover Capital | French Bilingual based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to support the growth of innovative financial solutions by helping small and medium-sized businesses access flexible working capital options. As part of a dynamic sales environment, you will build relationships with merchants, identify business needs, and guide customers toward solutions that support their growth. You will manage sales opportunities from lead generation through closing while contributing directly to revenue expansion. The position combines consultative selling, relationship management, and financial technology expertise. Working remotely within Canada, you will collaborate with sales teams and partners to deliver impactful customer experiences. Accountabilities:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving merchant adoption of financing solutions through proactive sales engagement, consultative conversations, and effective pipeline management.

  • Generate revenue growth by promoting working capital solutions to existing merchant accounts through inbound and outbound sales activities.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand merchant needs and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities generated through marketing campaigns, account activity, referrals, and other channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospect outreach, follow-ups, solution discussions, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and referral partners to encourage repeat business and long-term engagement.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline information, and opportunity records within CRM and sales management systems.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets through structured prospecting, relationship building, and effective closing strategies.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute insights to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Support a high-quality customer experience by providing clear communication and guidance throughout the sales journey.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a bilingual sales professional with experience in inside sales, pipeline management, and consultative selling, with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver strong business outcomes.

  • Fluency in both English and French is required; additional Canadian languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, or Urdu are considered an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, call center sales, or similar outbound and inbound sales environments.
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales pipelines, qualifying leads, and progressing opportunities through CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with consultative selling, pricing discussions, contract conversations, and solution-based sales approaches.
  • Experience tracking sales performance, activity metrics, and opportunity management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Experience selling financial products, working capital solutions, or SMB financing solutions is considered an asset.
  • Experience using sales technology, dialer platforms, and lead management tools is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in business, sales, finance, or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work legally in Canada without employer-sponsored visa or work permit support.
