About the RoleAs an Entry-Level Remote Associate, you'll work with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments, providing professional guidance, answering questions, and helping clients understand available benefit options.
This is a client-focused role where you'll develop valuable skills in communication, relationship building, customer service, and consultative sales while working in a collaborative remote environment.
What You'll DoMeet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments
Build strong client relationships through professional and responsive communication
Learn about each client's needs and explain available benefit options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain organized client records using CRM systems and digital business tools
Participate in virtual onboarding, ongoing training, and team development meetings
Collaborate with experienced mentors and leadership to achieve individual and team goals
Continue developing communication, customer service, and remote collaboration skills
