Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to be part of our Operations team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are seeking someone who can learn about our products and be able to lead a team. This position will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager.
This position requires a results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual in a fast-paced, high-growth delivery network. This role will maintain the company culture, values and strategies by leading their team in change efforts, continuous improvement initiatives, safety awareness, and fostering team and individual development

· Supervise and lead production team members by enforcing proper work procedures, managing daily work schedules, and streamlining workflow to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of production goals.
· Supervise and lead production team members by enforcing established work procedures, managing daily schedules, and optimizing workflow to meet production targets efficiently and on time.
· Uphold Condair’s Quality Program by prioritizing customer expectations, proactively identifying and preventing issues, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
· Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality to enhance overall operational efficiency.
· Plan, coordinate, and promote training initiatives focused on product knowledge and technical skills to ensure team members are equipped to perform at a high level.
· Evaluate and propose improvements to working conditions and equipment utilization to increase departmental efficiency and workforce productivity.
· Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure alignment of activities and smooth cross-functional operations.
· Assist with the setup, adjustment, and calibration of machines and equipment to support efficient production startup and ongoing operations.
· Report machine and equipment malfunction promptly to Maintenance leadership to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity.
· Ensure compliance with Condair’s Quality Assurance System and Health & Safety policies at all times.
· Support and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Travel may be required periodically for training, including to Canada and/or international locations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
