Inventory Control Analyst in Lumberton, North Carolina at Southeastern Health

POSITION SUMMARY: Administers the process for the procurement and inventory management of surgical equipment and supplies for the Main OR and Endoscopy. Functions in the scrub role and as an assistant to surgeon during surgical procedures when deemed necessary by the Director.

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Required: Graduate of an approved program in Surgical Technology, Certified as a Surgical Technician. One year (current) Surgical Technician experience. At least one-year (current) knowledge and procurement experience of surgical supplies and equipment. One year working knowledge of purchasing and inventory control software gained through current experience in the position. Proficient in the use of keyboard and moderate skill level in computer applications. BCLS certification, re-certification required annually. Must be competent to perform in all area of surgical services.
