Accountabilities:

The Human Resources Senior Associate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across HR processes, ensuring accurate records, efficient workflows, and high-quality support for employees and stakeholders. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple regions and time zones.

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative and project support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding activities.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee questions and requests, escalating complex matters when required.
  • Maintain accurate employee information within HR systems, including processing hires, terminations, job changes, and other employee updates.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment agreements, amendments, verification letters, and related materials.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports while supporting data requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Improve reporting processes to increase data accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular data audits to maintain HR information accuracy and support compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion and maintain high standards of data privacy.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders across different time zones to support business needs.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have prior HR operations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment. You should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with HR systems, and capable of delivering reliable support to employees and stakeholders.

  • 3–4 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience supporting global teams or professional services environments is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of HR reporting, analytics, and data management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and maintain discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
