Position Summary

Join Jet Aviation as part of a three-year dual study program in Business Informatics in cooperation with DHBW Lörrach. During your studies, you will combine academic learning with practical experience in an international aviation organization. You will gain hands-on experience in designing AI-supported tools, automating business processes, managing data, and supporting the integration and optimization of business systems. Working closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to innovative solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across the organization. This program offers valuable mentorship, diverse learning opportunities, and the chance to develop your professional skills within a motivated and multicultural team committed to innovation and excellence.

Your role

• Support the design, development, and prototyping of AI-driven tools and digital solutions.
• Contribute to the design, continuous improvement, and optimization of business processes.
• Support the automation of workflows across different systems using suitable automation tools.
• Assist with day-to-day system support and help identify opportunities for technical and process improvements.
• Support the organization, maintenance, and accessibility of team data resources to enable efficient analysis and informed decision-making.
• Assist with data preparation, documentation, and basic analysis in support of business requirements.
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across operational departments.
• Document processes, requirements, and solutions in a clear and structured manner.
• Develop a broad understanding of how different departments operate and how information technology supports business objectives.

Your Profile

• You are interested in business processes, information technology, data, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation.

• You have strong communication skills in both German and English. Please note that the study program, coursework, and examinations are conducted in German.
