Job Description
Provide clinical supervision of all programs and services made available thru the facility; o Provide clinical services, e.g., treatment planning and therapy, for 60 minutes per consumer per week; o Provide group recreational and rehabilitative services for 60 minutes per consumer per week; o Provide direct supervision and management of the QMHP’s, o Schedule weekly clinical supervision reports and / or assessments of QMHP’s; o Provide indirect supervision and support to the MHP’s and RSA’s; o Review clinical supervision reports conducted by QMHP for the MHP and RSA team members; o Manage/complete applicable triage assessments; o Assist and manage the follow up of treating psychiatrist reviews and signs admission paperwork with 14 days after initial admission; o Must be able to immediately assess new admissions; o Provide oversight of the following items, however these are not inclusive: o Initial service planning; o Case management to provide linkage regarding consumers next level of service; o Brief therapy interventions, as needed; o Safety monitoring of units; o Medication services; o Determine whether a consumer may require additional service due to a dual diagnosis; and o Engagement of family and natural supports, as practical
Requirements:- Licensed Practitioner; MUST be LCPC or LCSW.
- • Advanced practice nurse with psychiatric specialty;
- • Clinical psychologist; • Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW);
- • Licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC); or
- • Licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT);
- • Must be able to maintain ongoing training and development as outlined by DHS-DMH and/or the facility.
