At New Hope Mills, we've been bringing people together over fluffy pancakes, homemade favorites, and warm hospitality for generations. Whether guests are stopping in for breakfast, shopping for our famous pancake mixes, or sharing a meal with family and friends, it all starts with a great team working behind the scenes.
We're looking for a Part-Time Dishwasher/Prep Team Member who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and wants to be part of a fun, supportive workplace. If you're dependable, energetic, and ready to jump in wherever needed, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Properly store clean kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Assist with food prep and general kitchen tasks as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
What We're Looking For
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed.
