We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Mixing Associate who enjoys precision, teamwork, and keeping production running smoothly. If you're ready to be an important part of making delicious products from the ground up, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Mixing Up
Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:
*Measure and weigh ingredients using industrial scales to ensure every batch is mixed to perfection.
*Verify Bills of Materials (BOM), ingredients, and lot codes before production begins.
*Gather and organize ingredients for each production run.
*Stage pre-weighed ingredients on pallets in designated production areas.
*Help maintain an efficient production flow from start to finish.
*Assist with cleaning and sanitizing mixing equipment between production runs.
*Keep your work area clean, organized, and food-safe.
*Follow all quality, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
*Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals.
*Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Two or more years of manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle confidential production information responsibly.

Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
Work safely around food ingredients and common food allergens.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
