Supervisor, Imaging Scheduling at Milford Regional Medical Center – Milford, Massachusetts

Statement of Purpose:
The Supervisor, Imaging Scheduling will oversee the daily operations of the Imaging Scheduling team. They will be responsible to ensure all exams are scheduled in a timely manner with accuracy. They will work closely with the imaging modality supervisors and will report directly to the director of diagnostic imaging.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Computer experience required

Certification/License: None

Experience:
One year of diversified clerical experience required, preferably in the medical field.
One year of scheduling experience
One to three years’ experience in a supervisory role or equivalent
Familiarity with radiology tests and procedures
Excellent coaching, conflict resolution and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and drive employee engagement and teamwork
Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive personal relationships
