Statement of Purpose:
The Registered Nurse working in the Infusion Suite provides and /or coordinates the outpatient care of patients. He/she participates in both patient and staff education related to ambulatory care and infusion therapy. The Infusion nurse maintains standards for professional nursing practice and assists in implementing policies and procedures related to outpatient care and IV care, utilizing guidelines established by the Intravenous Nursing Society and departmental policies.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Certification / License: Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts, current CPR certification required.

Experience: Licensed graduate

MRMC Differentials:
Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
