Front Desk Receptionist - Dogtopia

Dogtopia is an award-winning provider of the highest quality dog care in the area. One of the leading Dogtopia's is now interviewing for permanent, full and part time Reception Staff!

If you do not have a GENUINE love of dogs, this is not the place for you. We are seeking people who are mature enough to understand and accept the responsibility of caring for other people's "children". Your job will entail meeting and greeting customers and their active, playful dogs, in addition to front desk/reception tasks including (but not limited to) answering telephone calls, responding to emails, maintaining social media sites, retail sales, creating invoices and checking customers in/out, providing customer tours, maintaining client documentation with scrupulous accuracy, maintaining facility operations documentation. This is a high energy, active position and you will get dirty, but it's also very rewarding for those who LOVE working with dogs!

Qualified applicants will have the following minimum requirements:
1. Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
2. Great, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
4. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
5. Embrace our operational, health, safety, sanitization, and security policies/procedures.
6. Energetic and Enthusiastic Attitude!
7. Ability to work as part of a team and have strong interpersonal skills.
8. Be willing to clean -- we pride ourselves on operating a very clean daycare facility
9. Flexible availability and able to work at least 1 weekend day per week.
10. A reliable work history demonstrating at least 6 months of consistent employment at each job.
