About This Position

We are seeking a motivated professional with strong technical knowledge or industry experience in composite materials, especially core materials (PVC, PET, balsa, honeycomb, non-woven mats, etc.) and/or carbon fibers. Sales experience is welcome, but not required for candidates who possess deep expertise in sectors such as boat building, construction materials, or advanced composites.

We welcome candidates who understand these industries, can speak confidently about technical products, and have at least two years of relevant experience in either a sales or technical role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Marine, Transportation, and General Industrial sectors, with a focus on composite material applications, with emphasis in PVC, PET, balsa, honeycomb, non-woven mats and carbon fiber materials.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners

· Report sales progress and achievements regularly to management

· Apply a customer-centric approach by supporting existing clients and onboarding new customers and product lines

· Develop a deep understanding of our products and competitive advantages, and use this knowledge to expand the customer base

· Address and resolve customer issues relating to products or services

· Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs

· Assist in preparing and presenting business proposals, quotations, and tenders

· Develop sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline

· Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to support customer needs and business objectives

· Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field

· Minimum 2 years of experience in composites, marine, construction materials, or other relevant technical sectors (sales experience preferred but not mandatory for technical candidates)

Skills:

· Strong negotiation and communication abilities

· Proven capability in building and sustaining customer relationships

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

· Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism

· Results-driven self-starter with a passion for achieving challenging targets

· Adaptable, reliable, and able to work with integrity

· Advanced presentation and communication skills

Knowledge:

Solid understanding of composite materials, core materials, carbon fibers, and their applications
